She’s still the queen of the CPM machine. I swear I really have done 4-6 hours per day on this thing daily, but she likes to sneak in when I’m not in it. Two week check-up was great. Found out the labral tear was bigger than thought (10:00-3:00) 😯 They cleaned up some arthritis and synovitis, a couple of cysts, and cam and pincer impingements were also re-shaped/smoothed out. I get to start weaning off crutches this weekend 😁 but it’ll still be quite a while to be back at it completely. Slow and steady wins the race so practicing patience is my job for the next several weeks!
