Stimulating blood flow in the back helps hydrate the fascia, allowing it to glide smoothly. When fascia becomes sticky, it can cause pain and discomfort. By improving circulation, we can effectively hydrate the fascia, which helps reduce stiffness and tension, promoting better mobility and overall comfort. This is a key part of bodywork that targets long-term relief from chronic tightness.

The carpal tunnel is a narrow passageway surrounded by bones and ligaments on the palm side of the hand. When the median nerve becomes compressed, symptoms like numbness, tingling, and weakness in the thumb and fingers can occur. My techniques aim to open blockages and improve energy flow, which helps alleviate these symptoms and restore function to the affected areas.

By tucking my toes underneath the glutes and firmly gripping the heel and top of the foot, I can use my legs to apply targeted pressure, effectively working the muscles around the glutes to help relieve sciatic pain.
