Menu for next week is below!! Order extra as we will be on vacation the following week, with a new menu coming out for the second week of November. Thank you to everyone who ordered!

Entrees $10.00 each

Mediterranean Chicken: Braised chicken thighs with tomatoes, olives, squash, spinach, lemon, and garlic in a light veloute sauce. Served with roasted asparagus.

Carnitas: Braised pork with southwest seasoning, shredded and served with mexican street corn and charro beans.

Cod with Lemony Spinach and Mushrooms: Vibrant greens, bright citrus fruits and earthy mushrooms paired with a flaky cod fillet.

Whisky Cider Brisket: Slow roasted brisket topped with a whisky cider glaze. Served with buttery yukon gold smashed potatoes.

Roasted Butternut Squash Curry: Butternut squash, brussels sprouts, lentils, in a rich coconut curry sauce, basmati rice.

Soups: (12 fluid ounce serving) $5 each

Dessert: $2.00 each

S’mores Brownies: A rich brownie baked on top of a graham cracker, topped with chocolate frosting and a toasted marshmallow.

Not 100 percent ready to go yet but here is the order form for week one. Remember quantities are limited so order early. Pick up Friday 10/21 from 2-4 or Saturday 10/22 from 10-2. Delivery also available in metro area for a small charge. Let’s eat well.

Week One Menu

Entrees $10.00 each

Chicken Enchiladas with Green Sauce: Slow braised chicken tossed with southwest seasoning and muenster cheese. Rolled in corn tortillas, topped with a tomatillo poblano sauce and mexican cheese blend. Served with Mexican Rice and Jalapeno Black Beans. Gluten Free

Lasagna: Italian Sausage and Ground Beef combined with tomato sauce and layered with ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Served with 2 dinner rolls

Sweet Thai Chili Salmon: Atlantic salmon fillet baked in a sweet chili sauce. Served with coconut rice and roasted brussels sprouts

Braised Beef Tips: Slow braised beef tips with pearl onions and mushroom in a rich demi sauce. Served with Roasted Spanish Style Potatoes

Vegetarian Enchiladas: Latin roasted sweet potato, corn, and black beans teamed with queso fresco, feta, and cheddar cheeses. Topped with a mild salsa verde. Served with Calabacitas (Mexican roasted squash)
