One of my most treasured gifts from my Ayurvedic healing journey is the ability to know my body is telling me!

I spent years going from specialist, specialist with no real answers. When I learned to look at my body and symptoms through the lens of Ayurveda, I was able to finally make sense of my symptoms and do the things that actually help me get out of this/ease and into feeling good on all levels.

Now, instead of just thinking of pain is something I need to get rid of, I look at it as a signal of my space and air energy, needing some support and containment.

Instead of thinking, low energy is something I need to fill up my tank, I realize how I use my energy and cultivate the energy are two different skill sets I need to work on.

I was able to take each symptom I was experiencing it and translated through the elemental lens to really understand what my body needed to feel better.

Ayurveda gave me a mindset, and a vocabulary to understand myself better and it means to create balance like I never had before.

Ayurveda helped me change the conversation and my perspective.

The symptoms I just learned to live with like chronic pain, anxiety, palpitations, overwhelm, low energy, finally had a name thru the Ayurvedic lens.

I learned overtime, how to understand the root of my symptoms, and adjust my food lifestyle and herbal choices to find balance on all levels.

Instead of my focus being on trying to “fix myself” it became more about how can I support myself for a moment to moment?

What if there is nothing wrong with you?
What if you are not lazy, too sensitive, too emotional, too much, or not enough?

What if you have had everything you need inside of you all along, but you have been trying to build your life from a place of burnout, overwhelm, and survival?

I know what it feels like to question yourself and wonder why everything seems so much harder than it should. I know what it is like to want more for your life, but feel too exhausted, foggy, anxious, or overwhelmed to know where to begin.

For a long time, I thought I was the problem.
Then I started to understand that I was trying to make decisions, trust myself, and create my dream life from a nervous system that was completely overwhelmed.

When your body has been stuck in stress for too long, it can feel impossible to think clearly or believe in yourself. You start to mistake the burnout for who you are, but it is not who you are.

Ayurveda taught me that the self-doubt, overthinking, brain fog, exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from yourself are often signs that your body and mind are out of balance. They are not proof that you are incapable.

And when you begin to heal, support your body, and come back into balance, something shifts.

You start to feel like yourself again. You trust yourself more. You feel clearer, stronger, and more able to go after what you want!

Ayurveda teaches that each symptom is actually a signal.

When we are in alignment, we typically feel happy, good, motivated, and excited to live our lives.

If you’re not feeling those things and feel fatigued, overweight, fluctuating moods, hormonal, imbalance, or chronic pain, those are all signals, your misaligned on some level.

The symptoms we experience in our body, our signals of misalignment somewhere either in our health or our life.

You can only pour into everyone else for so long before your body starts asking for your attention too.

Burnout is not just being tired. It can look like feeling exhausted no matter how much you sleep. Feeling unmotivated, disconnected, overwhelmed, emotional, foggy, inflamed, bloated, anxious, or like you have lost the version of you who used to feel alive.

So many women I work with know they want something deeper. They want to feel good in their body again. They want more energy, more purpose, more joy, more connection. But when you have been running on stress and survival for too long, it is hard to have the energy to build the life your heart is asking for.

Sometimes the first step is not doing more. Sometimes it is learning how to slow down, nourish yourself, and listen to what your body has been trying to say.

Your body is not working against you. It is asking you to come back to yourself.

The longer you spend in burnout it’s almost as if the symptoms feel like the norm.

Breaking the cycle and learning to check in vs checkout can be a process.

Sometimes we think healing has to be complicated. We think we need the perfect plan, more discipline, more supplements, or to completely change our lives overnight.

But often the first signs of misalignment show up in the simplest ways.

You are dehydrated, overstimulated, exhausted, disconnected from your body, and running on empty for so long that you stop noticing what you actually need.

Ayurveda teaches that healing starts by coming back to the basics and learning to listen again.

More water, rest, nourishment, slowing down your take full breaths, and more honesty about what is no longer working becomes the foundation for lasting change.

When your body feels safe and supported, it becomes so much easier to hear your intuition, trust yourself, and create a life that actually feels aligned.

Small things become big things when they are done consistently.

Chill out guys, it’s a Medicinal Mocktail! I often like to mix a variety of flavors, herbs and spices to customize my drinks to what I need from moment to moment.

If I have a busy day I might add more things to keep me calm and keep the anxiety in check. If I need more energy, I can adapt what I take in so I can maintain my balance.

The ability to adapt with the changes of life, whether it’s in my health, my work, relationships, or as I follow my dreams, is the essence and beauty of Ayurveda!

Healing can be fun and with Ayurveda things can open up in ways you never knew.

I thought, if I pushed through, ignored how I felt in my body, and “did all the right things” I would get better. That wasn’t the case!

I only got better when I finally slowed down, rested, and learn how to listen to what my body was saying.

The fatigue, weight gain, chronic pain, hormone issues were all signals from my body. They were asking me to meet needs on all levels.

They were asking me to restore on a deep level instead of settling for quick fixes.

Ayurveda taught me how to listen to my body and provided so many tools I could use to help myself back into balance.

I wish I knew then what I know now: healing happens when we let go of other expectations and listen to the needs of our body.

When I learned to live in alignment with my natural rhythm and the cycles of nature, everything changed.

When you understand your symptoms through the lens of Ayurveda you can change at the root and support health on ALL LEVELS!

You are not here to spend the rest of your life exhausted, disconnected, doubting yourself, and trying to force your way through.

You are here to feel strong in your body, clear in your mind, confident in who you are, and deeply connected to the life you want to create.

The deeper mission of this page is not just to help women have more energy or fewer symptoms, even though that matters too.

It is to help you come back to yourself.
To come back to the version of you who feels grounded, feminine, creative, magnetic, and alive.

The version of you who trusts herself.
Who knows what she needs.
Who stops living only for everyone else and starts creating a life that actually feels good to live.

Because when a woman feels safe in her body and connected to herself again, everything changes.
