This morning I put one of my VIP coaching clients on a process of not offering help or support to anyone for the rest of the month unless she is asked and genuinely wants to support the person.

This is a process that I have given as a homework assignment for many years and it’s one that was given to me by my first mentor 16 years ago.

It’s life-changing.

It’s not your job to fix people.

People are amazing and so capable.

It’s a drain to think we have to run around like chickens with our heads cut off, making things better and fixing other people and their messes.

See them as innocent and capable and let yourself just do you boo for the rest of the month!
