Does your body ever just feel… off? 👀

Sometimes the signs are subtle:

🚩 One shoulder sits higher
🚩 You keep leaning to one side
🚩 You cross your legs when you sit
🚩 One hip always feels tighter
🚩 You constantly stretch the SAME spot with little relief
🚩 Your glasses seem crooked on your face

Your body is incredibly smart, it adapts when something isn’t moving or functioning well. But “pushing through it” or constantly stretching the same area without lasting relief can be a sign that something deeper is going on.

Think nerve pain always feels like pain? Think again 👇

A lot of people expect nerve issues to feel sharp or severe… but irritated nerves can show up in ways you wouldn’t immediately connect to your spine.

⚡ Burning or electric sensations
⚡ Tingling or numbness in hands/feet
⚡ Pain that travels down an arm or leg
⚡ Muscle weakness or “dead arm/leg” feeling
⚡ Symptoms that keep coming back

Here’s the tricky part: many people misread nerve irritation as muscle tightness, bad posture, overtraining, or “just getting older.”

When nerves are irritated or compressed, your body may send signals in places that seem completely unrelated to where the problem actually starts.

If something feels “off” and keeps coming back, don’t ignore it. Your body is usually trying to tell you something.
