“Expected just in time for Christmas this year… Baby Lannes #2🥹

We saw one healthy heartbeat beating away today at 143bpm. Baby is growing right on track.

As someone who spent many years wondering if we’d get to become parents at all, to be expecting another miracle truly is still surreal. I think my brain is still trying to catch up Grateful really barely even sums it up. I can’t wait to meet and love on this babe.

So…. now please stay tuned for what will likely feel like a very long pregnancy to both me and anyone who’s been following as I am 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow. 😆🫶 Would love the continuation of prayers and good vibes for a healthy, full-term pregnancy.”

“A year ago we had our second transfer and approached it with a lot of hope 🌈

friends flooded our messages with photos of them partaking in french fry-eating for the baby dust good juju ✨

in the last year, i experienced the hardest thing i’ve ever been through, which brought us our greatest gift.

meeting every version of our daughter has been such a joy so far. i am so lucky to have such an amazing baby. it still doesn’t feel real.

thank you to and for getting us through our multiple rounds of ivf. science is cool. and it’s fun to say our baby was created in a lab 🧪 (superhuman bioengineered for greatness? 😉)
