Did you know there's likely more to jaw pain than just the jaw?! It's so fun to watch a lightbulb 💡 kick on when we start linking seemingly "random" concerns together. The body is amazing and SO much more connected than most people realize. As providers, our main job is to help you feel better, but the real healing happens when we help people understand the WHY behind their concerns and HOW to work on things at home.

The goal of BCR is to offer parents the opportunity to help their child with the hope of shifting the narrative from overwhelm and concern to, "I have the tools, knowledge, and information to improve my little peanut's life."

Different playtime positions provide unique benefits. Let's get those babies moving and exploring and let's help them do it comfortably. If your little one is struggling with milestones let's check them out for gentle bodywork, some basic at-home exercises and maybe a referral when necessary!

Does your infant struggle with tummy time? While they might seem "unmotivated," the answer typically lies in positioning, reflux, and/or constipation & gas. Body tension occurs with all of these (and on it's own) and contributes to less than ideal tummy time efforts. Working with a pediatric chiropractor (and maybe other providers depending on what's going on) can be incredibly beneficial for helping your little one feel better and move better! Babies aren't lazy - they're just uncomfortable or unable!
