Your brand new tiny tot holding their head up like they were training for the Olympics in utero? šŸ’ŖšŸ‘¶

Plot twist: it’s usually not strength. It’s tension.

Fresh newborns are meant to be curled, squishy, and figuring gravity out one millisecond at a time. When a brand new baby is consistently lifting or holding their head up very early on, it can be a sign that they are carrying a little extra tension.

GENTLE bodywork can encourage smooth, coordinated movement to support more comfortable feeding, easier positioning, and a calmer, happier tiny tot.

Strong is great. Balanced is better.

If your baby seems more plank than puddle, it might be worth a closer look. The goal is not to take away their sparkle, it’s to help their body feel safe enough to soften. ✨

Chiropractic care for a tiny tot might sound a little unexpected at first—but it’s probably not what you’re imagining! Pediatric chiropractic is all about gentle cranial, muscle, and fascial work (think calm, careful, and oh-so-soft), with absolutely no pops or clicks involved.

In fact, many babies snooze right through their adjustment—or blissfully zonk out by the end of the session. šŸ¤

Dr. Dani takes a whole-body approach, supporting your little one in feeding more efficiently and getting to the root of underlying concerns. She also collaborates closely with other providers to ensure your child receives thoughtful, well-rounded care every step of the way.

New moms, you deserve care too šŸ¤

Somewhere in the postpartum haze, the focus shifts entirely to baby—and while that love is everything, it can leave you wondering… what about me?

The postpartum period can feel overwhelming, confusing, and honestly… a little lonely. You might be asking yourself:
- Is this normal?
- Why does my body feel like this?
- Will it always hurt to feed, carry, or even just sit?

GREAT NEWS! You don’t have to figure it out alone. šŸ’ƒšŸ½

At BCR, I spend a full hour with you—listening, supporting, and helping YOU help your body heal. Whether you’re dealing with neck and mid-back pain from feeding and carrying, pelvic floor discomfort, jaw tension, or just feeling ā€œoff,ā€ we work together to create space for recovery.

And if you need more support, I help connect you with trusted providers—pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, and mental health professionals—because true postpartum care is a team effort.

You deserve to feel strong, supported, and understood in this season. Not just surviving it—but healing through it šŸ’›

4 years of tiny nervous systems, big milestones, and a whole lot of gratitude for having the ability to call this my job! I’m endlessly grateful you invite me into your homes and into these seasons of change šŸ¤

What started as a mobile table and a dream has grown into a community of families who’ve let me be a small part of their feeding journeys, tummy time struggles, pregnancy aches, postpartum rebirths, and the occasional ā€œI slept weird and now I can’t look leftā€ emergency.

Here’s to year five: more movement, more confidence, fewer Google rabbit holes, and more empowered parents šŸ’ŖšŸ½

Thank you for letting me do the coolest job in the world šŸ„³šŸŽ‰

Spoiler alert: it’s calm, cozy, and incredibly gentle!

Infant chiropractic care focuses on light cranial, muscle, and fascial work—no twisting, cracking, or dramatic ā€œpops.ā€ In fact, most little ones relax so much they snooze right through their session (and we fully support that nap life šŸ’¤).

The goal? Support your baby’s growing body, help them feed more efficiently, and address underlying tension patterns—while working hand-in-hand with other providers to ensure truly well-rounded care. Babies that move better, feel better!

Tiny humans deserve thoughtful, gentle support too. šŸ¤

Reading reviews like this never gets old šŸ’ƒšŸ¼

When a parent shares that their little one is feeding better, sleeping more peacefully, or just seeming more comfortable in their tiny body—it’s everything šŸ¤

When movement improves, efficiency follows. Simply put, babies that move better feed better!

Tiny humans are basically wiggly little biomechanical symphonies šŸŽ» When they’re able to get into a feeding position comfortably, recruit the right structures to support efficient feeds, and their bodies feel balanced instead of twisty, feeding becomes more coordinated and effective.

Since teamwork makes the dream work, Dr. Dani ALWAYS works alongside an IBCLC when it comes to feeding concerns, ensuring we’re addressing underlying causes from multiple angles. Together, we create our own little symphony of mobility, stability, and a regulated nervous system working in harmony šŸ¤

Support the movement, and feeding often feels less like a wrestling match and more like a rhythm šŸ’ƒšŸ¼'

Here’s to the year where we move with intention, listen to our bodies, and care for ourselves like it actually matters—because it does. šŸ„°šŸ¤—

šŸ¤ Prioritizing physical and mental health (for us and our littles)
šŸ¤ Trusting our intuition—especially when that quiet voice says ā€œsomething’s offā€ EVEN when a provider feels dismissive
šŸ¤ Treating self-care as essential health and wellness care
šŸ¤ Regulating our nervous systems and honoring the ripple effect it has on everything
šŸ¤ Letting go of anything that isn’t a net positive—people, habits, thoughts included

Gentle, functional care that supports your body the way it was designed to move, heal, and thrive. Here’s to a healthier, more grounded year ahead—for you and your family. šŸ’«

Did you know there's likely more to jaw pain than just the jaw?! It's so fun to watch a lightbulb šŸ’” kick on when we start linking seemingly "random" concerns together. The body is amazing and SO much more connected than most people realize. As providers, our main job is to help you feel better, but the real healing happens when we help people understand the WHY behind their concerns and HOW to work on things at home.

Who doesn't love a bit of homework šŸ¤“ All jokes aside, I find that providing home care recommendations puts the power back into the parent's hands. The goal of BCR is to offer parents the opportunity to help their child with the hope of shifting the narrative from overwhelm and concern to, "I have the tools, knowledge, and information to improve my little peanut's life."
