Today is my last day in Colorado. I’m overwhelmed with emotions that I haven’t quite been able to process yet, but gratitude is the most dominant one. I’ve met so many amazing people and had so many unforgettable experiences in my time here. I will never forget or regret this era of my life.

I know that I will see my friends and family on return visits, but that isn’t so much the case for my clients. Because of that, I want to make sure to thank my clients in particular for the amazing privilege of being your therapist in my own practice over the last four and a half years. I’ve received so many kind gestures and words in the last few days, and I’m completely overcome.

Without knowing it, by allowing me into your lives in a healing role, you helped me to better love, appreciate, and trust myself. It’s been my absolute pleasure and honor, and I can’t thank you enough. I’m a different, stronger, and better person than I was for having done this work with you, and I will never forget it.

So, until next time, Colorado. I will see you again soon. Thank you so much.
