🔹 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) are advanced practice nurses who offer prenatal care and deliver babies, and work with OB/GYNs for higher-risk cases.
🔹 Doulas are non-medical professionals who offer emotional and physical support during labor — think coaching, comfort, and encouragement.
