Did you know your BIGGEST muscle group in your upper body is your BACK? Lifting weights and having more muscle mass is not only great for weight loss, but it helps improve hormonal and metabolic health!
P.S.- I use to be a group aerobics instructor and had NEVER learned to train my back until I started to prep to compete in my first Fitness and Figure competition (23 years ago). I was in my thirties… it’s never too late to get started💪
