Did you know that a single Margarita has 30 grans of sugar and 40 grams of carbohydrates & more calories than one of my entire big meals for the day?

Here are some fun, festive 4th of July Zero calorie mocktails I’ve made for my Independence Day parties!

1) Berry Moscow mules (I used zero calorie ginger beer for mine.

Festive cocktail tips:
* Add mint sprigs, lime wedges or frozen berries (as ice) as fun festive garnishes!
* Use star shaped cookie cutters to make shapes using watermellon

3) Watermelon vodka slushy
(No vodka for me!)
