“Serve, love, give, purify, meditate, realize.”
— Swami Sivananda

This week is a reminder that yoga is more than movement — it is a practice of devotion. 🌙

Devotion to showing up.
Devotion to caring for ourselves and each other.
Devotion to returning to what truly matters.

Join Olivia () this Thursday at Sloan’s Lake as we gather in practice, presence, and community beneath the evening sky. 🌅🤍

Sound Mind & Body ✨

An hour set aside to soften, reset, and come back home to yourself.

We’ll move gently through accessible meditation, nourishing shapes, grounding movement, and immersive sound designed to help your nervous system settle and your mind unwind. This is an open, welcoming space — whether this is your very first time experiencing sound healing or part of your regular practice.

Led by John (), you’re invited to arrive exactly as you are and let the practice meet you there.

Bring whatever helps you feel cozy and supported — blankets, pillows, bolsters, soft layers. The more comfortable you are, the deeper you can land.

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
— Mahatma Gandhi

Community is built through small acts of care. 🤍

A shared sunset.
A welcoming smile.
Holding space for one another exactly as we are.

This week we reflect on service — not as sacrifice, but as connection. The kind that reminds us we belong to something larger than ourselves.

Join Katelyn () this Thursday at Sloan’s Lake for an evening rooted in movement, community, and collective care. 🌿✨

“Peace is every step.”
— Thich Nhat Hanh

This week’s practice is about presence. 🌿

Not rushing.
Not perfecting.
Not trying to be somewhere else before we’ve fully arrived here.

Yoga reminds us that peace is not something waiting for us at the finish line — it lives inside the breath we’re taking right now, the ground beneath us, the community beside us, and the willingness to slow down enough to notice it all.

Join Jamie () this Thursday for an evening of movement, breath, and reconnecting to the present moment at Sloan’s Lake. 🌅🤍

“Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.”
— Patanjali

This week is an invitation to return. 🌿
To return to your breath, your body, your community, and the practices that help you feel grounded in the middle of life’s constant movement.

Yoga does not ask us to quiet the mind perfectly — only to notice, to soften, and to come back again and again.

We’re gathering in two beautiful ways this week:

✨ Yoga at the Lake with
✨ The Art of Slow Flow with

Whether you’re craving movement, stillness, connection, or simply a moment to pause, there is space for you here. 🤍

Bring a mat, bring a friend, bring exactly who you are.
