Ready to take the leap into teaching yoga? Excited to learn more about this historical, inspiring practice? Our 10-week 200 hour will give you the tools you need to craft your own classes and deepen your experience as a student of yoga.

💡 ART AND SCIENCE OF SEQUENCING
February 2024

This 60 hour advanced training is for certified instructors who are looking to expand their knowledge around sequencing, crafting a class, peak postures, anatomy, and teaching methodology.

💡 POWER OF REST: YIN AND RESTORATIVE YOGA
Date TBA

This 40-hour training takes place over two weekends and is ideal for certified teachers who are looking to add restorative and meditative yoga practices to their teaching toolkit.

We’re so excited to reconnect with each and every one of you when we open our doors at 2470 Broadway. We’re thrilled to be uniting with the BIG Power Yoga community and can’t wait for you to experience the new space.

You’ll see old favorites like Core Flow, Restore, and more, plus new power classes from our BIG pals.

💡 It’s as easy as ever to book!
Memberships, class packs, and credits are rolling over, so you can sign up starting right NOW. (Members, stay tuned for an email just for you with details about membership and our exciting new perks program!)

💡 Our teachers are back!
In a few short days you’ll be able to take class with Maddy, Rachel, Jane, Alyssa, Sarah, Claudia, and Emily. PLUS get ready to meet new and incredible instructors from BIG Power!

💡 We’re continuing to refresh and upgrade!
We wanted to open our doors as soon as possible, so we’re opening before we install our infrared panels. We’ll still be practicing in a heated studio, so get ready for the same hot and juicy practice you love. We’re eagerly awaiting January when we can get the infrared in!

We can’t WAIT to see you again! We’re already making plans for a holiday party, plus workshops and teacher trainings for the new year.

We’re getting the band back together!!

It's been almost 2 months since we closed the doors to our beloved studio and we miss you so much!

That's why we are SO excited to share that we are officially reopening Allumen Yoga in a brand new studio space! We have the exciting opportunity to merge with on Broadway — just three blocks from our former yoga home! This December we'll unite our two communities of teachers and students under the Allumen Yoga banner.

Dearest friends,

It is with a heavy heart that I share that Allumen Yoga is closing its doors.

After months of negotiation with our landlord, we have not been able to reach an agreement and are therefore making a swift exit to avoid costly litigation. We are rather blindsided and this happened very suddenly.

This upcoming week is our last week of classes with our final class scheduled for Sunday, September 24th at 9:30am.

We are still holding our Equinox Gala on Friday, September 22nd as this will be one of our last opportunities to gather as a community in this space. Please join us for a sound bath and a chance to unite as friends. We also have a lot of really wonderful auction items to bid on including gear from RiNo apparel, acupuncture and Reiki sessions, and even a private flight! Funds will be used to aid us in this unfortunate transition. If you are able to purchase a ticket, I'm so grateful, but I hope you will join us regardless. Our teachers and I would love to gather with you in celebration of our special studio.

I don't know what the next chapter holds for our community, but it is my dearest wish that we will be able to practice together again one day.
