Last week’s roundup of training! I hit all of the training I wanted, minus one swim session because I was deceased 😂
Last week’s training stats:
🏋️♀️ 5 weightlifting sessions
⚡️1 hyrox conditioning session
🏊♀️ 1 swim session (goal was 2)
🚴♀️3 bike sessions
🏃♀️ 2 run sessions (1 road, 1 trail)
I have a triathlon relay where I’m doing the 26 mile bike leg this Saturday, so going to ease on the leg sessions by Wednesday this week so that my legs feel fresh!
Overall I’m feeling really good and motivated! My sights are on a potential Ironman 70.3 in December so…we’ll see 👀🤘
