A lot of you reached out after my last post…
and I want you to hear this clearly:
You’re not doing anything wrong.
If your body feels stuck…
if you’re tired of trying everything
and nothing is fully working…
that’s not a failure.
That’s your body protecting you.
Because when your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time…
it doesn’t just switch off.
Even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
So you might catch yourself thinking:
“Why do I still feel this way?”
“Why can’t I relax?”
“Why isn’t my body responding?”
It’s not because you’re broken.
It’s because your body hasn’t learned that it’s safe yet.
And that doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens slowly.
Gently.
In small moments where your body starts to realize…
👉 it doesn’t have to stay on guard
👉 it doesn’t have to hold everything anymore
If this is you…
you’re not behind.
you’re not failing.
You’re in the middle of the process.
And that’s a really important place to be.
