528 Hz is usually known as the “love” frequency. Can you feel this in your body? Do you have a Heart Shield…a construct of self-protection?

In the landscape of the biofield, there are certain energetic features known as “constructs” — barriers we build with our own minds.

Our thoughts, perceptions, and adaptations shape the electromagnetic terrain of our body’s electrical system, often leaving distinct imprints that can be felt and worked with.

One common example is what we call a “heart shield”. This formation is typically located about six to eight inches in front of the physical heart and is readily detectable by a tuning fork.

Heart shields most often arise in childhood as adaptive responses to unsafe or overwhelming environments. They act as protective buffers, shielding the heart from harmful or painful emotional energy.

Using the vibration of the tuning fork, we can break up the electromagnetic density and guide that stuck energy out of “freeze” and back into natural flow.

Because it takes considerable energy to maintain a construct like this, its reintegration into the body’s electrical system often results in a noticeable surge of vitality and a deeper sense of openness and connection.
