What’s happening:
✨ First, we’ll chat and learn about what’s really going on with your pelvic floor — how it works during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and why it matters for your overall health.
✨ Then, we’ll do a gentle yoga class that puts all that knowledge into practice — helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to your body.
You can come to just the workshop, just the yoga, or both!
💰 Cost: $75 for both — and once you’ve done the workshop, you can come back for the yoga class as many times as you like! Active pass holders can use their punch or membership for the class only.
