There is a moment, often unnoticed, where your body is asking you to slow down.

Not because something is wrong, but because you’ve been holding so much for so long.

The Recovery Room was created for that moment.

A quiet space to soften, to be supported, and to receive without needing to give anything back.

Whether you’re in the early days of postpartum, moving through long nights and full days, or simply feeling the weight of always being “on” this is your invitation to pause.

Finding out your baby is in a breach position can feel like a sudden loss of control, often potentially leading to a schedule C-section before you’ve had time to process the news. In this episode we demystify breech positioning, explaining that it can be a variation of normal that requires more space and intention.

There’s a lot of information out there when you’re pregnant, and it can feel like you’re constantly trying to figure out what’s right.

At Belly Bliss, we believe pregnancy isn’t about getting everything perfect. It’s about feeling supported as your body changes, your baby grows, and your intuition deepens. 🤍
