Autumn has arrived! Let's close out an incredible season of outdoor yoga with two more classes on the Asterisks rooftop. The dynamic musical duo LVDY will play live music while we move through a soulful vinyasa yoga practice. Stick around after yoga to enjoy delicious burritos by Jubilee Roasting Co. and try New Belgium's latest beer, Purist. Social distancing practices will be in place. Masks required when you are off your yoga mat.

We practice yoga because it allows us to serve others. When we explore our inner physical and mental struggles, we begin to find healing. The strength we find in ourselves we see reflected in others. Intentional breathing reminds us that we are part of something bigger than us.
We are all in this together.
Each breath a new opportunity to choose, to speak, to act on behalf of good things. I invite you to take a moment to reflect on your choices. Evaluate and decide if those choices serve you and others. If not, take a breath, and begin to rethink.

Registration is open for the LoveYourBrain Yoga program at The River - Five Points starting July 18th! ๐ง ๐งโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐
LoveYourBrain Yoga is free and open to individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury (including concussions) and caregivers. The two are welcome to attend together but are not required to.
What: This FREE 6-week program offers gentle yoga, guided meditation, and facilitated group discussion to build community and foster resilience (watch this video to learn how).
Who: our program is for people with traumatic brain injury and their caregivers who are:
- Able to move without assistance (no wheelchair, cane, walker)
- Open to participating in group discussion (includes simply listening)
- Able to follow instructions and regulate intense emotions
- Able to commit to all 6 classes (the first class is mandatory)
- Younger than 71 years of age
When: Every Thursday from 2:00 - 3:30 pm starting July 18th.
Where: The River - Five Points, 2590 Welton Street , Denver, CO
How to sign up: Classes are limited to 13 students so sign up on our website today! Each person must submit their own registration. If you are planning to attend with another person, please try to submit both applications close together so you both get a spot.
