How often do you really get to know your massage therapist? In this edition, we'd like to introduce one of our newer additions, Kai!
Kai graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2017. He has a passion for finding the root cause of ailments, delivering long lasting relief with the techniques he has learned in school and over his massage career in the last 8 years. Taking the Ida Rolf ideology of ""where it is, it isnāt"", he strives to improve peopleās physical well-being by connecting the mind and body to encourage the practical use of holistic treatments in daily life inside and outside the spa environment.
This Colorado native has spent most of his life in the state, but attributes his world perspective to the time he spent in Wiesbaden, Germany in the formative years of his childhood. Growing up in a military household gave him the opportunity to be exposed to many different types of cultures and people, equipping him with the empathy and compassion to pursue a career in the world of massage therapy.
Outside of bodywork, he enjoys putting his energy into many creative hobbies: art, music, literature, and video games. He regularly contributes as a writer to Party Guru Productions, where their mission is to shine a light on local musicians and events.
His personal motto is, āwhen thereās a will, thereās a wayā and often looks to his Jack Russell Terrier, Scrappy DooFearing, as his inspiration.ā
Kai has availability on Wednesdays thru Saturday from 3pm to 930pm at our Highlands location.
