🌟 Kicking off our New Year Strength & Mobility series, guided by our very own PT, Renee—your go-to expert for simple, effective ways to move and feel better! 🌟

Planning on skiing this winter? ⛷️ Unlock your hip mobility now with this exercise so you can carve smoother, ski longer, and stay injury-free on the mountain.
This is how: Sit on the ground with your knees bent in front of you wider than shoulder distance apart. Rotate one leg into internal rotation and the other into external rotation. Your thighs should be 90 degrees to each other, you can reposition the body to achieve this if needed. Move back to your starting position, then switch to the other side. Repeat the whole exercise for 1-2 min.

Happy New Year from all of us at Blue Sky Physical Therapy!

We will be closed Wednesday, Dec 31st and Thursday, Jan 1st with normal business hours resuming on Friday, Jan 2nd.

Please note that morning Pilates classes will be held at 8am, 9am, and 10am on Wednesday, Dec 31st.

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback and voted! We're excited to announce that these top voted fitness classes are being added to our schedule:
➡️ Dance Cardio 🎶 - Wednesdays at 1pm starting 1/7. A low-impact dance class that’s gentle on your body while keeping you active, strong, and balanced. This class will be taught by Renee Jones, PT, DPT.
➡️ Yoga 🧘🏼‍♂️ - Tuesdays at 1pm starting 1/6. A safe and accessible yoga class giving you a chance to learn a variety of poses in seated, standing, and floor-based positions. Because the class includes floor-based postures, participants must be able to independently get down to and up from the floor. This class will be taught by Oliver Vaughn, LMT, Registered Yoga Instructor.

Because of feedback we've received, we will also be adding an additional Strength Training class to our schedule to provide greater flexibility and accommodate a wider range of scheduling needs. The new class will be held on Wednesdays at 3pm and will be taught by Rachael Van Gordon, PT, DPT.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us a Blue Sky! Our holiday hours are as follows:
🎄 Closing early at 1pm on Wednesday, Dec 24th
🎁 Closed all day on Thursday, Dec 25th and Friday, Dec 26th
🎄 No Pilates classes will be held on Saturday, Dec 27th
🎁 Regular business hours will resume on Monday, Dec 29th

We are Blue Sky:

Co-owners and physical therapists Karen Lewis and Hillary Joseph, with forty collective years in healthcare and wellness, have worked as a team since 2005. Combining a shared passion to help others and a highly qualified staff, they have created Blue Sky Physical Therapy to guide a wide range of patients through recovery and into wellness.
