Sometimes healing starts by helping your body feel safe first.

For some people, their nervous system is already running on high alert, which can make it hard to engage in deeper work like trauma therapy.

That's why we love Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) as a tool.

✔️ It's not talk therapy. It's a listening-based program that uses specially filtered music and tones to gently stimulate the vagus nerve.

✔️ The vagus nerve plays a key role in how safe or stressed your body feels, so SSP works from the body up, helping your system shift out of survival mode.

✔️ This can help regulate your nervous system enough to make deeper therapeutic work feel more accessible.

We see incredible results with this cutting edge modality, which why we are so excited to share more about it.

👉 If you're curious whether SSP might be a good fit for you, our team is here to talk through it.

Spring is here, and with it comes the flood of messages about "getting beach body ready."

Diet culture wants you to restrict your eating, but what if you paused and tried something different?

🍴Intuitive eating is a non-diet, evidence-based framework that helps you heal your relationship with food by tuning into your body's internal cues instead of outside rules.

It looks like:
✔️ Listening to your hunger and fullness signals

✔️ Honoring your cravings without guilt or shame

✔️ Making food choices based on what feels satisfying to your body

✔️ Rejecting diet culture's rules about what you "should" eat

✔️ Being present in your life, not stuck in food anxiety

You can care for your health and enjoy springtime activities. You don't have to earn rest, fun, or food through restriction.

👉 If you're ready to explore what intuitive eating could look like for you, we're here to help. Our team specializes in helping people rebuild trust with their bodies and find freedom from diet culture.

You've probably heard the term attachment style thrown around, but what are the differences between them?

Understanding your attachment style isn't about labeling yourself or your relationships. It's about recognizing patterns that might be showing up and understanding where they come from.

👉 Your attachment style is usually shaped by early experiences with family and caregivers, but it's not set in stone. With awareness and support, these patterns can shift.

If you're noticing patterns in your relationships that feel stuck or confusing, therapy can help you understand what's happening and work toward the kind of connection you want.

🛋️ You don't have to navigate this alone. Our therapists work with attachment-related concerns and can help you build the relationships you're looking for.

Which attachment style resonates with you the most?

We’re here for it all: the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.

If you’re in it right now and wondering if it’s working: it is. Keep going. 🤍

Rest isn't just sleep. There are different kinds of rest that your mind and body need at different times.

When you're feeling depleted, it's easy to think you just need more sleep. But sometimes it's your mind, your nervous system, or your emotional capacity that's running on empty.

Rest can look like:
✔️ Physical rest - slowing down, stretching, breathing exercises

✔️ Mental rest - giving your brain space to be quiet and not productive

✔️ Social rest - space from draining interactions or just time to yourself

✔️ Sensory rest - less screens, more calm and stillness

✔️ Creative rest - experience inspiration without producing or being perfect

✔️ Emotional rest - being real about how you're feeling by journaling or therapy

You don't have to white knuckle it through exhaustion. There are different ways to restore yourself.

Spring cleaning isn't just about closets and cabinets.

Sometimes the most important inventory we can take is internal. What emotional weight are you carrying that isn't yours to hold? What patterns or beliefs served you once but don't align with who you're becoming?

Here are some questions worth sitting with:

✨ What am I holding onto that it's time to release?

✨ Am I carrying responsibility for other people's emotions?

✨ Where do I need to set (or reinforce) boundaries?

✨ What actually brings me a sense of calm and regulation?

✨ What in my life no longer reflects my values or needs?

You don't have to answer all of these at once. You don't need to have it all figured out. But creating space to ask these questions is meaningful work.

If you're realizing it's time for some internal spring cleaning and could use support navigating what to keep and what to release, we're here for you.

POV: You attended our networking event for mental health providers 😍

We had over 20 amazing professionals show up for this event and were so grateful to gather with other clinicians in the Denver community.

These spaces remind us that better therapy doesn’t exist in isolation, it thrives in collaboration.

👉 When therapists build strong consulting relationships, clients receive supported care.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, connected, and contributed to the conversation! We’re proud to be part of a community that values ethical, relational, and informed work.

Stay tuned for more events like this to come!

There are a LOT of myths around OCD, so let's break it down 👇

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health diagnosis, NOT a personality trait. It is a persistent cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions that can feel exhausting and overwhelming.

It does NOT mean:
👉 You are just obsessed with cleaning
👉 That you should just think positive thoughts
👉 That anyone can be "a little OCD"

We have specialists on our team that specialize in OCD treatment and exposure-based approaches to help you feel in control of your life again.

🤍 You don't have to white knuckle it. Get help gaining tools that support you.
