Eating certain seeds during each phase of your monthly cycle either promotes estrogen (high during first half of cycle) or progesterone (high during second half of cycle). Note: day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period.
Seed cycling is one of the easiest ways you can support your hormones in a gentle, yet effective way.
Instructions: Consume 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds daily during the first half of your cycle/the follicular phase. Then, consume 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds daily during the second half of your cycle/the luteal phase. Flaxseed and sesame seeds (the smaller seeds) need to be ground up for full nutritional benefit, while the pumpkin and sunflower seeds may be left whole (you break them down easily with your teeth). My favorite way to consume the 2 tablespoons of the seeds daily is in the protein balls that I eat for breakfast every morning with my matcha green tea & fruit.
They can also be added to smoothies, salads, oatmeal, yogurt, bowls, toast, or enjoyed by the handful!

๐Ÿฅ—Eat a balanced and nutritious diet: Your body needs the right nutrients to function properly. Make sure to include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your meals. Avoid processed and junk food as much as possible.
๐Ÿ’ฆStay hydrated: Drinking enough water is essential for good health. It helps regulate body temperature, aids digestion and nutrient absorption, and keeps your skin healthy. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธExercise regularly: Regular physical activity is important for maintaining a healthy weight, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and improving your mood. Find an activity you enjoy and make it a part of your daily routine.
