Becoming a new parent happens to each of you so differently. Neither is right or wrong, but the lack of resources such as sleep and profound changes in body or identity can easily spin the tone in your relationship sour. Having a child can often be the start of a strong misalignment and divide in your relationship no matter how beautiful this right of passage may be at times.
Experience a nonjudgmental, honest and healing group that supports you and your partner in healing past and present wounds, as well as re-establish your path as partners, lovers and friends.
This 4 hour intensive is designed for 10 couples who have recently become parents (or who are parents in general) and are finding themselves struggling with connection, intimacy, partnership and understanding.
Couples will be guided through brief psychoeducation, group discussion and breakout exercises between partners to support healing and growth. Optional self-disclosure as a group is highly recommended.
✅Learn to realign, establish understanding and intention as you both navigate parenting and a new identity in this phase of life.
✅Build compassion, support and create a dual partnership that actually works in the modern lifestyle.
✅Structure “fairness” that meets your family’s needs and not what is assumed or expected.
