Rotator cuff injuries are one of the most common causes of shoulder pain I see in practice.
In this video, I demonstrate three simple resistance band exercises that can help improve shoulder strength and stability:

These exercises are often useful for people who lift weights, play sports, work overhead, or simply want to keep their shoulders healthy as they age.
When shoulder problems do develop, I often combine Active Release Techniques (ART), chiropractic care, and targeted rehab exercises to help restore normal movement and function.
A few minutes of prevention today can save you a lot of frustration later.
