Such an incredible day at yesterday's NPC Mile High Showdown and Mile High Pro! Another great year of this well-ran show put on by our NPC Colorado Chairman, Jeff Taylor. So happy and proud of my Bikini posing clients, Katie Blanch, Brigitte Cook, and Jessica Vaughan, who all took the stage and walked away with hardware!

• Katie Blanch is your 2017 Miss Mile High Champion as she won both her Novice and Open classes, and the Novice and Open Overalls! Her very first show! Way to go, Katie!

• Brigitte Cook not only won First Time Ever Novice, she also won her Novice class, and placed 2nd in her Open class, and this was also her very first show! Congrats, Brig!

• Jessica Vaughn placed 5th in Novice after achieving First Callout in Novice and Open. Jess's last time on stage was in 2014 where we met at the Warrior Classic and she wanted to get her feet wet again before she began prepping herself for the Rocky Mountain Championships later this year. Awesome job, Jess!

We are only four shows into the season and I am absolutely ecstatic for all of my clients that have graced the stage so far and extremely proud of the hard work and effort they have all put in! Three Overall Champions, thirteen 1st Place wins, and eleven Top 5 placings! Wow, way to go, ladies! So excited to see what's in store for the rest of the 2017 season! ✨🏆✨

💘 THESE BABES!!! 💘 So over the moon excited for my Bikini Posing Clients .langel and for both getting First Callout in their Open classes today at the NPC Northern Colorado!!! For weeks, I have witnessed them give their absolute all to achieve what they did today and it truly has been an honor to coach them both! Although, I wasn't able to be there for them physically today, as my mom is in town and I had my bridal shower, communication has been non-stop since 7am and they have been in my thoughts and prayers all day long! Finals for Bikini should be starting here soon and I am on the edge of my seat waiting to hear the final results! Congratulations, ladies!!! I am beyond proud and so thankful to have been included in both of your journeys to the stage!!! ✨🏆✨

This babe!!! 😍😍😍 So excited to see my good friend and Bikini Posing Client step on stage his Sunday at the NPC Clash of the Titans!!! I was fortunate enough to not only pose with Jourdan, but also write her a nutrition plan at the beginning of her prep after taking much time off that helped her start her prep off strong by shedding 10lbs in January. From there, her and have absolutely annihilated her prep thanks to Pharaoh's magic gut cleanse and plant based diet, which I expected nothing less, as they are two of the hottest personal trainers in Denver at ! Insert shameless personal training plug! Hehe 😜 As you can see, her physique is absolutely killer! 🔥🔥🔥 Now, she has an undeniable stage presence and presentation to match! 5 days till the big day and I'm ready to her and her main squeeze leave it all out on the big stage! B-MORE BIKINI BABES!!! I'M COMING FOR YOU!!! ✨👙✨Given that I'll be in Baltimore next month with for the Maryland State/East Coast Classic Championships and have been receiving inquiries regarding posing, I'm opening up my Friday morning and afternoon to all of you! All sessions will be one-on-one and for half an hour. Sessions will take place at the host hotel, the Hilton BWI Airport, and time slots range from 10am-3pm as athlete checkins are from 4pm-7pm. If all time slots fill, I will open evening availability! We will cover stances, overall presentations, what the judges are looking for, suit, hair, makeup, bling, and any and all things you need covered. Woot! Woot! So proud and happy for my Bikini Posing clients and .bphoto who both got First Callouts in their open class at today's Clash of the Titans! Not only did they both get First Callouts, they were also moved to the center! Elizabeth was also First Callouts in her novice class and moved to the center in both her novice AND masters classes! Both of these ladies were dear friends of mine before we began working together so to have them come to me for posing truly meant the world to me. Finals are tonight at 5! Time to bring home some well-deserved hardware, babes! Congrats! 🏆💋💕

Yesterday, during my long trek home from Greece, my bikini posing client took the stage at the first national NPC show of the year, Jr. USA! She landed in second callouts then was moved to the center and I couldn't be any more proud of her outstanding performance and the amazing package she brought to the national level stage as this was not only her very first national show but also her second show EVER! 😍 From her makeup, to her bling, and suit, Lexie trusted in my recommendations from day one and it all paid off in the end as she looked absolutely gorgeous! Since the show, she has already received feedback from head judge, Sandy Williamson, and she is already mapping out a game plan for the rest of the season. One thing that's for certain is that this blonde bombshell is going places and I'm excited to see what else we accomplish together in the future! ❤️

3 DAYS OUT! So excited for my Bikini Posing Client who is taking the stage this Saturday at her very first show, the NPC Mile High Pro/Am, which is put on by our NPC Colorado chairman ! For weeks, I've had the pleasure of watching Brigette's final package come together, and in just a few days, she's stepping on stage with a killer physique, thanks to , and a winning presentation and stage presence to match. What's even better is that she is rocking a brand new custom bikini! I was fortunate enough to receive this bikini earlier in the season but have yet to wear it, so after Brigette's suit maker fell through at the last minute, I knew I just had to let her try this gem on and I'm so glad it worked out! Gracing the stage for the very first time is exciting enough in itself but being able to rock a suit by the best in the biz is the absolute icing on the cake. Her bling gets delivered this week then she will be ready to hit the stage after her tan by , hair, and makeup by ! Best of luck, B! Looking forward to cheering you on come Saturday! 💎❤️💎

My second client spotlight of the day most certainly belongs to my Bikini Posing Client who is also competing this Saturday at NPC Mile High Pro/Am! Katie was referred to me by my good friend who is also her coach and the work these two have accomplished together is absolutely amazing! Joe and I are old teammates and actually competed in our first national show together back in 2014. I've always known that he knows his stuff, but Katie's transformation is living proof! Katie and I first began working together in January so you may remember the posing videos and progress pics I've posted of her in the past. To see how far she's come since is truly incredible and I'm beyond thankful our paths crossed thanks to Joe! On Friday, we have our final posing session together at my studio and then she takes the big stage for the very first time! Good luck, babe! 💕

Giving it up for my friend and client who is a few days out from her very first competition! Katie has dieted in the past but never had success with brining her conditioning in with her legs and arms... but not this time! Yes, we did have to go low on calories and yes we did have to implement a decent amount of cardio but never once did Katie complain. We started reversing last week after a few weeks of pushing extremely hard and we are going to continue to fill her out going into this weekend. Just like anyone that preps for a competition, there were nerves and times of doubt but Katie trusted me and the process and executed everything I told her to do. No matter the outcome of this weekend she already won. She pushed her body to a limit never before achieved and that act in itself deserves a huge congratulations! Proud of you Katie! Ohhh and she also has the most badass posing coach to help her show off all the hard work !
