Our dear friend Celeste with is passionate about MAMAS! We are so excited to hold space for mamas to be in this special space. Birth circles are all about birthing people accessing the support that they need. Join us on August 30th at 9:30am for a Sacred Drum Making class—a hands-on, heart-centered experience. Together, we will craft a traditional 15” elk hide frame drum,

Guided by Alchemy co-owner Lalania Simone, this two-hour class is both a creative process and a ritual of remembrance. We’ll honor the animal spirit of elk, offer prayers of gratitude, and infuse each drum with personal intention. Leave with a sacred tool and a deeper connection to rhythm, reverence, and the pulse of the earth.

The frame drum is a ceremonial instrument found in traditions and cultures all over the world, and is a powerful and sacred instrument.

Please arrive on time as this class begins with ceremony. Class and materials are $175 with one discounted scholarship available.

Ok, most updated and hopefully most accurate schedule for Sunday! 🙈 Believe it or not we are people just like you 😉 and things be wild sometimes! Anyway.. here is our updated and detailed description of activities on SUNDAY!
We truly believe that acts of resistance include joy, care and being held in community. This year we really wanted to emphasize the “care” piece by pulling together some amazing practitioners that have been offering their services in community, some for decades! While Alchemy’s storefront provides a welcoming space for connection, and access to tools, one of the greatest gifts it has offered is a place for practitioners to connect and offer their services to YOU! Access to healing should never be denied and our clinic is a testament to the need for a space like this. Be sure to give our peeps a follow, read about their work and book yourself a session (or a few!) on Sunday in celebration of our collective work. We can’t wait 🤗
