CPS continues to work with our independent pharmacy partners, Independent Pharmacy Cooperative, RxPlus, Montana Family Pharmacies, and National Community Pharmacists Association, to enforce the new law created by HB25-1222 which the are largely choosing not to follow. CPS member Lucas Smith is featured here!

A new Colorado law aimed at aiding rural pharmacies is creating confusion, as pharmacists question which insurance plans apply.
