Hi- I'm Aaron Smith, ADHD achievement strategist, motivational coach, and founder of Potential Within Reach, an ADHD coaching practice focused on bringing out the unique attributes and abilities of children and teens with ADHD, rather than focusing on their perceived deficits. My approach is two-pronged, providing both emotional support and concrete, evidence-based success strategies for children

and their parents. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that ADHD is not a "disability," but rather I reframe it as a positive attribute with its own blend of challenges (learning opportunities) and wonderful upsides. I help parents to understand their child's ADHD and improve communication, behavior, and academics. Some key differences of my coaching program are: I start with your child's strengths, help develop a goal-oriented plan with actionable objectives, and tirelessly work with all important individuals involved in the child's life to understand ADHD and get everyone on the same page. I firmly believe that every person with ADHD has extraordinary potential, and my aim is to help them reach it.
