blockages, deepens intuition and inner awareness, and can help boost mental clarity, focus and
energy.
All levels welcome - no prior yoga experience needed.
This is not a typical yoga asana class - while some classes might include a short asana
sequence they will mostly include: breathwork, mantra, mudras and end with a sound bath
