Reiki, energy medicine, yoga, sound healing & bodywork Kathy Sietos is a Reiki Master/Teacher, sound healer, and licensed MT through the State of Colorado.

Kathy’s robust training allows her to use the sacred Reiki symbols, sound, and vibration medicine to promote relaxation and healing on all levels, calling upon energy in the universe to restore balance between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. Through her advanced attunement, Kathy can also employ these sacred symbols to send distant healing to clients of all ages, at any time and in any place around the world. Fueled by a strong passion to help people, Kathy spent several years in the medical profession working with adults with brain injuries. Later, she turned her focus to helping underpriveleged children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. In addition to Reiki, Kathy enjoys spending time in the mountains, practicing yoga and working in her garden. Kathy's healing practice is located inside of the Awaken Healing center, a beautiful victorian mansion built in the 1800's. This amazing space is surrounded by a full tree orchard garden, and is in the heart of City Park.

‭ Come discover Kriya yoga, a powerful practice rooted in the Himalayan yogic tradition. This‬
‭ dynamic class combines meditative techniques including breathwork, movement, mudras (hand‬

In the this powerful 3 day workshop you will learn the Himalayan Mantra Meditation technique over the course of three days. On the first day, we’ll set the foundation with a better understanding of meditation—why it’s so important, and what it means from a yogic perspective. On the second day, you’ll be initiated into your personal mantra and kriya technique (kriya simply means energy expansion). On the third day, you’ll understand the trajectory of this new ritual and best practices to make it stick for a lifetime.

About Devon
The Himalayan Mantra Meditation technique was born in the Himalayas of India, thousands and thousands of years ago. To this day, this technique is passed down and taught orally. Devon was initiated into teaching this potent technique by living master Anand Mehrotra in Rishikesh, India. She herself has practiced this technique for 8+ years, and is honored to share it with others.
Devon has taught yoga and meditation in Denver, Colorado since 2012. Her offerings include Kriya yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Himalayan Mantra Meditation, restorative yoga, and other styles of meditation in the Yog-Vedantic tradition. In addition to weekly classes, she leads biannual 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and yoga retreats through Ohana Yoga + Barre.
