Reiki, energy medicine, yoga, sound healing & bodywork Kathy Sietos is a Reiki Master/Teacher, sound healer, and licensed MT through the State of Colorado.

Kathy’s robust training allows her to use the sacred Reiki symbols, sound, and vibration medicine to promote relaxation and healing on all levels, calling upon energy in the universe to restore balance between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. Through her advanced attunement, Kathy can also employ these sacred symbols to send distant healing to clients of all ages, at any time and in any place around the world. Fueled by a strong passion to help people, Kathy spent several years in the medical profession working with adults with brain injuries. Later, she turned her focus to helping underpriveleged children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. In addition to Reiki, Kathy enjoys spending time in the mountains, practicing yoga and working in her garden. Kathy's healing practice is located inside of the Awaken Healing center, a beautiful victorian mansion built in the 1800's. This amazing space is surrounded by a full tree orchard garden, and is in the heart of City Park.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga & Sound Healing‬
‭ Ready to awaken your energy, clear blockages and expand your consciousness?‬
‭ Come discover Kriya yoga, a powerful practice rooted in the Himalayan yogic tradition. This‬
‭ dynamic class combines meditative techniques including breathwork, movement, mudras (hand‬
‭ gestures), and mantras to bring the mind and body into balance.‬
‭ This practice helps regulate the nervous system, release stress, anxiety, and energetic‬
‭ blockages, deepens intuition and inner awareness, and can help boost mental clarity, focus and‬
‭ energy.‬
‭ All levels welcome - no prior yoga experience needed.‬
‭ This is not a typical yoga asana class - while some classes might include a short asana‬
‭ sequence they will mostly include: breathwork, mantra, mudras and end with a sound bath
