As the sunshine filled, summer months come to an end, there is a decrease in the ability for our bodies to produce vitamin D.

Vitamin D has been phrased as the "check engine light" of our bodies - meaning vitamin D is a vital nutrient for every body function.

To ensure you are getting plenty of vitamin D, eat plenty of these foods - Fish, milk/juice fortified with vitamin D, sardines, and beef.
