To start off the new year on a positive note, ill be accepting 5 new private-pay clients at a reduced rate for any new client inquiries sent in the month of January! Telehealth only. Once the reduced rate spots are filled, my standard private-pay rates will apply to new prospective clients. I offer sliding scale prices all year for those with financial need.

What is a Bibliotherapy Group?

I’m Beyond excited to announce my bibliotherapy group launching this August! This therapeutic book club-style group will explore mental health topics through reading, personal reflections, and peer discussions. It’s a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, gain new insights, and grow beyond individual therapy. Participants are expected to read assigned chapters beforehand to ensure meaningful discussions.
I’m thrilled to kickstart this new group with my favorite book recommendation to my clients that focuses on attachment theory and its impact on dating anxiety.
