Our patient Steve is in the military and is trying to get back to active duty. He is a below knee amputee, and this was his first jump back! He had broken both legs on a previous jump due to a horrific accident. One leg healed but the other one didn't. It was a long road of trying to save the leg. He eventually had to make the tough decision to have it amputated. Here he is getting right back out there! Most people would be afraid. Most people with both legs would be afraid!! Not you Steve! You have shown such bravery and perseverance. We thank you for your service! You are a true inspiration and we are beyond proud of you!!!
