When I weighed less I skated better. Also, when I was 13 I would spend hours skating by myself because I wanted to learn more tricks annnnnd because it was how I coped with my depression (of course I had no idea at the time) exercise + goals = less depressed :)

Hello all. This is my cousin on the left. He died by su***de October 2021. He had bipolar II disorder. I’ve never really felt grief until his death. As much as I understand su***de, experiencing it is a different ballgame. I loved my cousin and I’m feeling for all of you out there changed by su***de. RIP cuz…I asked him what his illness was like a few years ago and he said this: …………………………………………………………………………………..”Having a positive mental attitude towards anything that is in front of you in life. Feeling like NOTHING is impossible.

THE NEXT DAY:
Paralyzed with the fear of failure, doubt, judgement mixed with a physical/mental exhaustion.

Lastly...what the biggest mind f**k of bipolar is you can have the same behavior & diet everyday and yet wake up in the morning in a "great" manic-mood OR a "sh*tty" depressed-mood😡”………………………………………………………………………………….. ***deawarness ***deprevention
