I love reconnecting with clients! Especially at Shegrows Flower Farm, where my bestie Gina has found her true calling in life.

Fun fact—gravity exists, and you can actually use it to your advantage!

💪 Better options that help your baby make their grand entrance:

✅ Hands & Knees – Because no one wants back labor.
✅ Squatting – Gravity’s BFF. Makes pushing way more effective.
✅ Side-lying – If you want to rest while birthing a whole human.

✨ Why it matters: Your pelvis actually opens wider, your baby moves down easier, and spoiler alert—it can make pushing way faster. So unless you love making things harder for yourself, try switching it up.

💡 Pro tip: Move. Shift. Listen to your body. It knows what to do. 💛
