Join us in welcoming Dr. Rebecca Tsai to the ! Dr. Tsai is the newest OBGYN on the Partners in Women's Health team at the HCA HealthONE Rose campus. Dr. Tsai's clinical interests include family planning, robotic surgery, and intrapartum care. She aims to be your advocate, helping you feel confident and empowered about your healthcare choices.

Fun fact about Dr. Tsai: she speaks Mandarin and enjoys exploring the Denver food scene!

Last but certainly not least, Dr. Vera Brink!

Dr. Brink (she/her/hers) was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. After completing a year of high school in Virginia as an exchange student, she returned to the US to study biology at Yale University. Drawn to the mountains, she then moved to Utah with her partner and attended the University of Utah School of Medicine for her MD. She completed her residency training at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Chicago and is excited to be moving back to the mountains with her family, joining PIWH in 2022. Her clinical interests include all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology, with special focus on adolescents, contraception, and minimally invasive surgery. In her free time, Dr. Brink enjoys the outdoors with her partner and two young children. She loves canyoneering, backpacking trips, skiing and bells.

Our spotlight is on our phenomenal midwife, Katie Wagner!

Katie grew up in Michigan and received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from University of Michigan. She began her nursing career working as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse at Children’s Hospital in Chicago. After three years, Katie found NICU nursing to be both mentally stimulating and emotionally draining, leading her to try labor and delivery nursing at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and she fell in love with it! After working in labor and delivery for three years, she decided to go back to school to become a nurse-midwife. Katie and her husband moved to Washington DC, where she received her Master of Midwifery degree from Georgetown University. Upon graduating, they relocated to Denver, and Katie has been a nurse-midwife since 2005. Katie believes having a child is a life-changing experience and she considers herself very lucky to work with women and families during this pivotal time.

Our next spotlight is our phenomenal Physician Assistant, Emily Majure!

Emily Majure, PA-C is a Denver native who studied biology at the University of Colorado – Boulder then received her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at Arcadia University. She has a passion for contraceptive initiation and management, general gynecology, and preventative care. Emily spent nearly a decade practicing in family medicine and has an extensive understanding about more than just gynecology.

In her free time, Emily spends time with her husband and two young boys and enjoys travelling.
Fun fact: Emily was delivered by Dr. Aptekar, a founding partner of Partners in Women's Health. It is a wonderful full circle story to be a part of the practice that was with her from the very beginning!

Our third spotlight is on our provider, Dr. Arceneaux!

Dr. Arceneaux was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She then received her medical degree and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.

Dr. Arceneaux joined PIWH in September 2022 and loves working at this very collaborative practice. Her clinical interests within general obstetrics and gynecology include preventative healthcare, minimally invasive surgery, and contraception– focusing on giving her patients the information they need to make decisions that are right for themselves.

She and her husband enjoy living in and exploring Colorado and its many outdoor activities. She enjoys hiking, birdwatching, as well as discovering new breweries and restaurants.

Our next spot light is on our provider, Dr. Felle…

Dr. Felle is a highly dedicated and experienced obstetrician and gynecologist, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice. Born and raised in Maine, she moved across the country to pursue her passion for environmental biology at the University of Colorado-Boulder. Her academic journey continued at the University of Texas-San Antonio where she received her MD, followed by her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Felle joined our practice in 2012 and is proud to be an owner and partner of the practice with Dr. Imperial. They are proud to be taking care of the Rose and Denver community as an independently female owned practice.

Her clinical interests span across the spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology, with a particular focus on comprehensive family planning options, contraception, menopause, fertility, and breastfeeding. In addition to her medical expertise, she is also conversational in Spanish, further enhancing her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Felle is a resident of the Central Park neighborhood where she lives with her husband, two children, and their dog, Knox. She enjoys a range of activities including kickboxing, yoga, travelling, gardening, and cooking with her family.

Partners in Women’s Health would like you to become familiar with all the phenomenal female providers we have! We start with the most tenured physician, Valerie Imperial, MD.

Dr Imperial was born in Montreal, Canada. Her family moved to Houston , Texas where she earned her BS in biology and chemistry at the University of Houston. She went on to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where she received her MD degree. After completing a transitional internship at Baylor, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Dr Imperial joined Partners in Women's Health in 1997. She is an owner and partner of the practice with Dr Felle. They are proud to be health care providers to the Rose and Denver community as an independently owned all-female practice.

Dr Imperial's clinical interests are in routine gynecologic care, menopause, hysteroscopy and contraception.

In her free time, Val loves playing tennis, being outside, baking, knitting and spending time with her two children and loved ones.
