I'm new to this and hopefully, so are you. I'm good at communication, organization, events, and most importantly, teaching. I think Denver needs an activity that doesn't revolve around Moscow Mules and awkward business card trades. Yoga has the potential of making each person better: physically, mentally, spiritually (if that's your thing), which in turn makes us treat each other better. That does
n't mean that good food, drinks, cannabis, and friends can't be part of the picture, but let's focus on self-care, which is often ignored.
