At Alder Grove Wellness Group we focus on prevention and treatment of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns in individuals, couples, and families. We specialize in promoting well-being during life’s transitions. We also treat emotional and behavioral disturbances associated with depression, anxiety, attention problems, trauma, mood instability, thought disturbances, relationship concerns,

sleep and eating difficulties, and life transitions. We are available for outreach to schools, parents, and primary care providers. We offer a unique, multidisciplinary team-approach to care. Our providers have worked together as a treatment team for over 5 years. In addition to you as the client, members of your team may include a therapist and a prescriber. The team based approach offers a comprehensive consultation incorporating complimentary perspectives to assist you in achieving your goals. Providers at Alder Grove Wellness Group will see clients who want therapy services and/or medication management. We understand the importance of “goodness of fit” between clients and providers. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, we offer a free 20-minute initial phone consultation.

1. Accountability: Choose a friend or someone you trust to help hold you accountable
2. Measure: Find a way to measure your results in small steps so that you can begin to see big change
3. Be Realistic: Create goals that you know you can achieve to boost your confidence
