Back pain usually isn’t about being broken. It’s about how your body has learned to move day-to-day, under stress, speed, and tension.

Small changes in breath, load sharing, and movement patterns can make a massive difference over time. The goal isn’t perfect posture. It’s adaptable support.

Your body wants to help you. It just needs better instructions.

If January has felt endless, you’re not alone.
When stress stacks up your nervous system can hang out in low-grade survival mode without you realizing it.

This can show up as tension, fatigue, brain fog, or feeling stuck between doing nothing and doing “too much”.

Due to these possible symptoms the risk for injury also increases.

The “fix” isn’t willpower.
It’s listening.
Mind-body reconnection.

The holidays were a mad dash of “to-dos” and travel.

Now is the time to adjust your movement, expectations, and recovery to what your body is actually asking for. This is a sign of strength, not weakness or “quitting on those New Year’s resolutions”.

This connection & ability to listen to your body will serve you longer toward the life you want than punishing yourself by pushing hard to establish a routine that doesn’t feel good.

Our bodies make the rules despite our despite desire to change it.

We laughed about it in the Reel,
but your pelvic floor, glutes, and inner thighs are prime real estate for stress.

Most people are walking around lightly clenched all day without realizing it.

So yes. Still funny.
Also very real.
And very effective.

Your nervous system responds to what your body does first.
Not the other way around.

(Which is why the butt thing works.)

Your glutes and pelvic floor often brace before your mind catches up.

Next time stress sneaks in:
• soften your seat
• let your inner thighs relax
• exhale like you’re fogging a mirror

That unclench is your body saying,
“Okay… we’re safe again.”
