Tepeyac Community Health Center was founded in a small house in North Denver by a dedicated group of community volunteers. While our facilities have grown to include 11 exam rooms, 5 counseling rooms and a wellness campus, we continue to treat patients as la familia of Tepeyac, a story of faith and healing that holds special significance to many of our patients. The rose and mountain in our logo symbolize this miracle and our mission as a gateway to health for the medically underserved.

Tepeyac Community Health Center will close tomorrow at noon for a staff retreat. This important time allows our team to recharge and grow together so we can continue providing the best care for our community. 💙

We will resume our regular clinic hours on Friday, September 5.

At Tepeyac, we offer FREE HIV rapid testing to our patients who are 18+. If you receive a diagnosis, our team is here to provide care that can help you become virally undetectable, meaning the level of HIV in your blood is so low that standard tests no longer detect it and the risk of passing it through sexual contact is eliminated.

You should filter the water used for household consumption until Denver Water can confirm if you have a lead service line, especially when:

🍽️ Cooking, particularly when making food like rice, beans, and soup
🥤 Drinking, including tea and coffee
🍼Preparing infant formula
