We're incredibly proud to announce the promotion of Melissa Cosentino, MSW, CDP, to Director of Culture & Leadership Development at Solera Senior Living.

Melissa, who is celebrating 5 years with Solera, has been a driving force in shaping its culture of excellence since her time as Executive Director at Trulee Evanston, where she led the community through its successful opening and growth. In her most recent contributions, Melissa played an instrumental role in strengthening Solera’s Mentorship Program, developing the framework for senior-level leadership roles, and supporting impactful programming at the 2025 Solera Innovation Summit.

In this newly created role, Melissa will lead the design and implementation of Solera’s leadership development and culture initiatives — programs focused on cultivating talent, enhancing engagement, and reinforcing the core values that define the Solera experience.

Her deep operational understanding, creativity, and people-first leadership approach make her uniquely suited to help advance Solera’s mission and vision for the future. Melissa’s passion is exemplified in everything she touches: “I’m so excited to continue building a culture that empowers people and inspires pride in the work we do every day at the best company in senior housing.
