In 1998, Columbia Independent School opened its doors, sharing a space at Stephens College. There were 55 students and 16 faculty and staff. 25 years later, CIS is home to 414 students, 51 faculty and 19 staff. TEAM EFFORT - Positioning a patient for a posterior fossa decompression for the Chiari I Malformation. By the time I stopped doing surgery (avoid that word retirement!), I treated just over 1,000 Chiari patients.
