As we close out American Heart Month, Christy Ebert, a dedicated Physical Therapist at Optimal Home Care, shares insights on Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and how physical therapy can support recovery and long-term management.

With a background in the Cardiac and Neuro ICU, she’s helped patients undergoing heart and lung transplants, living with artificial heart pumps, and managing various cardiac conditions. Now, in home health, she’s passionate about helping patients regain mobility, build strength, and improve their quality of life. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom, runner, yogi, paddle boarder, woodworker, and hiker.
