This is a very interesting article that could shift the way people think about dietary fats. I consistently see improvement in my clients' heath issues (including weight loss!) when they start including higher levels of healthy fats into their diets. The key is to consume the right types of fats - grass-fed beef, wild-caught seafood, avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil, coconut oil, to name a few.

I love this article by Mark Bittman on dairy, particularly the last big paragraph about osteoporosis. Did you know that, according to Neal Barnard, president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, "Sugar - in the form of lactose - contributes about 55% of skim milk's calories, giving it ounce for ounce the same calorie load as soda."

Many of us can’t readily digest milk. In my case, it seemed to lead to chronic heartburn.
