This is a very interesting article that could shift the way people think about dietary fats. I consistently see improvement in my clients' heath issues (including weight loss!) when they start including higher levels of healthy fats into their diets. The key is to consume the right types of fats - grass-fed beef, wild-caught seafood, avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil, coconut oil, to name a few.
