Dr. Brenner practiced dentistry here in Denver, Colorado for 10 years until she decided to make a career change into health and wellness with a focus on weight loss and weight maintenance. Upon graduation from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2001, she moved to Denver and became inspired by the healthy lifestyle for which Colorado is so well known. She began addressing her own health issues with healthy eating and diet modification and noticed drastic imporvements in her own daily comfort. These changes helped her to discover her passion for helping others learn to adopt healthy habits themselves. While she was always very interested in the technical aspects of dentistry, her favorite part was coaching, teaching, and relating to her patients. Her shift from clinical dentistry into weight loss allows her to continue doing exactly what she loves by helping to empower people to look and feel their best. Dr. Brenner uses the Ideal Protein Method with her patients because it simply works. The product provides not only weight loss results, but also the one-on-one coaching and education her patients need to help them develop and maintain smarter lifestyle habits throughout their lives.
