With fall and winter sports, as well as other outdoor activities, approach it's good to get into a steady routine of self care.
Increase in optimal performance, quicker recovery time and decrease in sports injury/repetitive use injury can be achieved through corrective bodywork.
Other practices of similar trades can also be beneficial.
At Reactivate Bodywork our core values revolve around the client and the best practices for their individual needs. We specialize in existing injuries as well as recent injuries. It is bitter sweet to move on from our first office(first two pictures), but growth is necessary.

First set of pictures in the new office and we are excited to begin the new year on a good note.

We are happy to announce that we will be upgrading our office.
Our new office will have three treatment rooms and a exercise/classroom area.

We have made some changes to our business name and have expanded to working with equine clients.
It has been a year in the making but we can finally move in the direction that our journey has guided us.
As we have evolved in our techniques and services offered, we have decided to drop the "massage" from our name.
We would like to thank all who have supported our business and we hope to continue to work with everyone in the future.
