Our 6-week Pilates Foundations series helps you build strength, confidence, and a real understanding of Pilates—one week at a time. No experience needed.

A new kind of exhale is arriving at Peace Of Mind Pilates✨

We are officially offering a weekly Yoga + Sound Bath to our Winter class schedule — and our debut session is December 7th at 6pm.

We’re kicking things off with a special two-part experience:
Melisa (Our wonderful Studio owner) will lead a gentle blend of yoga and Pilates to open the body, followed by a deep-rest segment with sound bath, aromatherapy, and Reiki by to settle your nervous system right in time to reground for the holidays.

If your mind and body have been whispering “please slow down”… this is your sign.

We are thrilled to announce a second day for our Breast Cancer Recovery Class starting November 18th! This 6-week program, led by a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Cancer Exercise Specialist, is designed to support women in their recovery journey. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm for a comprehensive approach to healing through Pilates. Early bird registration is available until November 11th, offering a $60 discount for full registration. All levels are welcome and modifications will be provided. 💫We are so excited to host on October 25th for her Moving Possibilities workshop.💜
Registration is now open and spots are filling up! Save $25 through October 11.

Nannette’s love of dance and movement began at an early age in her native state Louisiana, motivating her to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at the University of Arizona in 1999.
She was introduced to First Generation Pilates teacher Ron Fletcher in early 2001 and began the Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program, formerly the Ron Fletcher Program of Study, that same year completing it in 2004. She taught at Body Works Studio in Tucson, Arizona from 2002-2009 and nationally and internationally as Fletcher Pilates Faculty from 2004-2022.
She was invited by Kathryn Ross-Nash in 2021 to be a part of the Pilates Professional Advanced Teacher Training of the Red Thread Method and completed this journey in 2022.
Nannette is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and has worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics where she marries Pilates and therapeutic disciplines. Nannette opened Esprit Pilates LLC in 2017 and has enjoyed inspiring her clientele to reach their movement potential.
As a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, she is passionate about engaging clients and students in a life of health and wellness.
