"How can/does Yoga answer the call, in support of mental wellness?" This is the question, I'm honored to speak to as part of a panel discussion at the Inner Power Yoga Revival with Shakti Redding mikey brackett and more May 3-5.

I see the potential freedom from suffering of my clients in my office daily and together, we employ the wisdom of Yoga and Buddhism to help break them free from the cage of limited personality. Every day I get to see my clients wake up to the truth of who they are - unlimited, beautiful and well.

I KNOW these ancient traditions are the truest of medicine for what ails our culture and can't wait to discuss this with you up at the peaceful Tadasana Mountain Yoga Center in the natural setting of Nederland, CO.

The IPY Revival is an annual event to celebrate the Inner Power Yoga CommUnity, which has been growing and evolving for 23 years. This year, the weekend theme will address topics surrounding yoga for mental health, and common pitfalls (and breakthroughs) for yoga leaders. The Revival offers a place to deepen your practice and replenish your soul in the beautiful mountain town of Nederland CO.

The weekend event includes Friday Kirtan/Concert with, Sri Devi Kirtan Collective ૐ Saturday and Sunday panels, all yoga classes and the Mystic Table events (additional food costs apply).

Weekend Admission is $175
Early Bird rate of $108 until March 11.
Second wave rate of $148 until April 1.
