Join us for Move, Sing, Smile Music Therapy on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30am at Wildhorse Steamboat in Steamboat Springs.

Move, Sing, Smile is a joyful and engaging music therapy class led by board-certified music therapist Carly Gilliland. The class uses live music to support physical movement, mobility, and balance. Participants engage in rhythmic activities—including drumming and instrument play—to enhance coordination and build community. Vocal exercises, breath work, and singing are incorporated to promote respiratory health, address articulation and vocal strength, and—just as importantly—bring a sense of fun and connection! Visit ParkinsonRockies.org to register.
