Today was more than a workout— it was a reminder of sacrifice, service, and love. 🇺🇸✝️

We’re grateful for every veteran and every hero who has laid down their comfort, time, and even their lives so that others could live in freedom.

Their selflessness mirrors the ultimate example — Jesus, who gave His life for ours. 🥰

As we carried the weight and lifted each other up, we remembered: true strength is found in serving others.
Thank you to all who have served, and to the One who served us all first. 🇺🇸✝️

Hope to see you in December as we continue to worship through fellowship, movement and prayer.
