🏋️‍♀️ If it’s not scheduled, it’s not real! Your workouts deserve a spot on your calendar—just like meetings, appointments, or social events!

✔ Start small! Don’t overwhelm yourself—schedule just ONE workout this week. When that's easy, add another!

✔ Missed a gym session? Have a go-to 15-minute home workout ready to go. Queue a list of quick workouts on your favorite social media platform. Always have a backup!

✔ Set yourself up for success. Keep your gym bag packed, prep your meals, have a checklist you keep before bed. There will always be miscues, but the less you have the easier they are to overcome!
